Diamond Home Support Cambridge is run by Neil, offering busy professionals, families and the elderly professional cleaning services throughout the Cambridgeshire area.

Covering domestic cleaning, end of tenancy cleans and one-off cleans, Diamond Home Support Cambridge offers high quality cleaning and assisted help services.

All our cleaners are vetted and insured, and we strive to remain flexible to suit our client’s needs.

The Cambridge franchise was first formed in early 2015 and since then we have built up a growing number of clients, spanning Cambridge city centre, Cambourne, Ely and Trumpington.

Although the business is in its early stages, we aim to grow our client and cleaner database through networking, personal recommendations and canvassing (Neil can often be seen canvassing around the streets of Cambridge!).

Already we have had some positive feedback from our clients and we hope to build on this and continue to deliver high-quality cleaning services throughout Cambridge and Ely.

We are a local business, providing cleaning and Home Assist Services. We were established in 2012 and we cover Norwich, Broadland, Gt. Yarmouth, Lowestoft and Waveney, and all surrounding areas,using cleaners who are fully vetted and insured.

We have many satisfied customers, and expanded the business into Gt. Yarmouth and the Lowestoft and Waveney areas at the end of Summer 2014.

Offering a personal service we have found that the clients choose us as they like having a friendly face when they have their visits and a cheery person at the end of a phone. We have personal recommendations, along with cleaners telling their friends to apply to work for us as they feel they are supported in everyway as much as they support the clients.

I look forward to continuing the business and seeing it grow and expand year on year.

Diamond Home Support Callington and Diamond Home Support Tavistock are two flourishing domestic cleaning franchises covering the West Devon and South East Cornwall areas.  Using fully insured and vetted cleaners we have built the business since 2012 and now have many satisfied clients and currently have a team of 25 cleaners servicing them at very competitive rates.

Since establishing the franchise we have found that because the business is so customer focused but also requires close relationships with our cleaners that both cleaners and clients can become friends and it is very satisfying that our service is so appreciated.  A lot of our work now comes from personal recommendations and it is nice that cleaners are also recommending us to their friends as a business they enjoy working with.

Going forward we would like to develop the business further over several more years and our only regret is that we did not take on the franchise many years ago.
